土鱿马蹄肉饼饭 (Rice Steamed With Pork, Water Chestnuts and Squid)

Breakfast @ The Michelin 1-Star "Tim Ho Wan" @ its flagship original shop @ Sham Shui Po.

 

This was not what I had intended to order; it was a mistake!

 

I like the umami pork patty with the flavourful bits of dried squid and crunchy water chestnut bits but am personally not a fan of rice for Dim Sum.
