I like the shredded coconut meat here.....wonder where the restaurant gets their fresh coconuts from!??! But the rice balls were a tad too firm and chewy as if they were not steamed long enough to soften it just nicely to keep their shape for picking up but yield and surrender with each mouthfuls.
On the other hand, the palm sugar interior was to die for.
