Braised Oxtail

Late lunch @ "A Vencedora" (坤记).

 

Vastly different from the cabbage heaped version I had 10 years ago; this version was with golden Enoki mushroom, carrot, cauliflower and greens. The oxtail was lovingly tender, fatty and creamy, the gravy was sweet and savoury and the dish fed a famished stomach amply.
