Traditional Crème Brûlée With Fruit

Dinner @ "Restaurant La Rotonde" (The less prestigious sibling of the Michelin-starred "The Alcron").

 

I had high expectations for this dessert only to be disappointed by the highly congealed pudding - The egg was overcooked. I was having cooked sugary egg. So despite the 'snap, crackle and pop' of the sugary crust, this dessert landed way flat.
