干贝豆腐西兰花 (Braised Tofu With Scallops & Broccoli)

Dinner @ "桥底辣蟹" (Under The Bridge Spicy Crab).

 

This was like 2 dishes in 1: A saucy fried tofu cubes in scallop sauce and then a steamed broccoli.

 

They should gel but strangely they did not. I did find any sense of collaboration between the 2 "detached" portions and although I find both portions tasty, there was disharmony in this dish.
