上汤杞子竹笙浸时蔬 (Poached Fresh Greens In Stock With Goji Berries & Stinkhorn Fungus)

Dinner @ "鏞記酒家" (Yung Kee).

 

A light and fresh greens dish to accompanying the roasted items we intended to order.

 

And the dish was very light and very fresh....but yet delicately tasty! The greens crunchy; the stinkhorn fungus (also named Bamboo Fungu) textural and the Goji Berries, sweet and supple.

 

The taste is almost ethereal.
