Czech Fruit Dumplings
Dinner @ a forgettable spot, but we did get to try some local specialties.
We were at this place, really, for this.
And somehow, even though it was claimed to be a common Czech dessert, we never bumped into it on any menu again.
So while the meal was at best, "edible"....we did manage to try this item.
Tried we did but we were not impressed. Boiled soggy fruits (in this case, strawberries) encased inside a starch-walled gummy dumpling, served coated with cocoa powder and whipped cream. Tasted like paper mache with cocoa. We all made a face and ended the experience.
