羊肉串 (Lamb Skewers)

Lunch @ "西贝莜面村", a restaurant chain offering mainly Northwestern Chinese cuisine.

 

I love these lamb skewers, a common dish in the western provinces especially in Xinjiang - nicely grilled but yet still so tender and juicy. Nicely rubbed with spices as well - not too light nor too overpowering. Lip-smacking delicious.
