炸烹虾段 (Stir-Fried Tangy Battered Prawn)

Dinner @ "大董烤鸭店".

 

This is a Shandong dish although here, the batter was much lighter and thinner and the sweet and fresh taste of the succulent prawns shone through the almost sweet and tangy glaze......very luscious.....!
