Lunch @ "七寻八找胡同菜", a restaurant hidden in a Hutong (alley), serving old world food to new world customers.

 

The greens of the meal. I was disappointed by the chicken stock - it tasted of bouillon and it was flavoured with milk to artificially deliver the slight creamy taste, which can be delivered via a long-cooked stock. The greens however, were fresh and crunchy.
