Lunch @ "LeQuai (有璟阁)", a rather popular place for modernised Chinese cuisine.

 

The closest thing to "Bak Cho Mee" back home in Singapore?!?

 

Not really.....but it was very delicious nonetheless. There was the unmistaken presence of both chilli oil and sesame oil and the bits of crushed peanuts, cooked minced pork and chopped spring onions all conspired to deliver a very simple but tasty dish.
