大奥虾酱豆腐 (Shrimp Paste Tofu)

The dish arrived robustly aroma-ed with the alluring 'pong' of fermented shrimp paste. The savouriness of the paste works well with the delicateness and lightness of silken tofu. The flavour built up as the dishes cooled and it became more umami and even more delicious.
