紫甘蓝雪梨汁 (Fresh Red Cabbage Asian Pear Juice)

Dinner @ "大牌小厨".

 

A most lovely colour but otherwise, less spectacular in taste than it looks. I was expecting somewhat of a raw cabbagy taste but there was none. I was expecting the sweetness of Asian pears but this was missing too.

 

Disappointing.
