Baked Breaded Tiger Mussels

Lunch @ "La Bota", a Spanish Tapas-Italian joint.

 

The mussels were fresh - succulent and juicy but otherwise, this dish was 'beige' and tasteless. Lacks taste (could really use some salt to pop the 'seafood-ness'!) and the cheese became a watery creamy mess within the encasement.

 

Passed.
