Manchego, Blue Cheese & Mozzarella Toast

Lunch @ "La Bota", a Spanish Tapas-Italian joint.

 

Mate was drawn to the cheeses but was slightly taken aback by the punch of the blue cheese, which provided a heady ketonic undertone (which I always associate with nail paint) - thank goodness for the presence of both the Manchego and Mozzarella to mute it down.
