葡式蛋挞 (Portuguese Egg Tarts)

Lunch @ "顺风港湾", a Shanghainese-Cantonese Dim Sum restaurant.

 

These, while pleasant enough to look it, were not up to scratch, The crust was not baked crunchy enough (they were limp) and the eggy custard was as watery (and scalding hot) as steamed tofu.
