Gazpacho

Lunch @ "La Bota", a Spanish Tapas-Italian joint.

 

I do not like Gazpacho; ordered it for mate to try.

 

It 'reeked' of raw tomato, cucumber, onion and perhaps some raw bellpeppers. Like a salad smoothie, lightly drizzled with virgin olive oil, of (personal) eeecky proportions.

 

Alright, putting personal prejudice aside, it was quite frankly, very refreshing but this is not something I will even thought of ordering....ever.
