Black Tea Chiffon Cake

Coffee and cakes @ "Twosome Coffee", a Korean cafe chain.

 

The Chiffon cake had a really nice fluffy spongy texture and nicely sweetened. The black tea flavour came across as mild initially but eventually grew with each mouthful.

 

Personally, I would have removed all the unnecessary thick slather of cream as it really weighed down this dessert, rather than improved it.
