Grilled Calamari Stuffed With Couscous
A second visit to "Bonne Restaurant & Cafe" for dinner.
The lady had the floor - her tales of rejection (in that I meant she was rejecting every suitor she had so far) bounced off the walls of the small but nicely cosy restaurant.
Luckily, I did not need to reject this second main of a grilled calamari stuffed with couscous and served in a tomato sauce. The squid was tender and forgiving, yielding easy to the knife, and the moist couscous soaked up the tangy and rich tomato sauce to deliver tasty morsels of seafoody delight.
