香芋红豆糕 (Yam and Red Bean Puddings)

Dim Sum breakfast @ '古城美食府'.

 

Cold dessert.....or maybe they are cold because it was winter? Anyway, they were lovingly creamy and rich and fragrant with the aroma of yams, with little pieces of red beans exploding like flavour grenades....as well as almost jello-like wobbly but yet firm in texture to enjoy.
