菜干咸骨粥 (Preserved Vegetable and Pork Ribs Rice Congee)

Dim Sum breakfast @ '古城美食府'.

 

I love and enjoyed all the fermented, preserved and phenolic goodness of the dried preserved mustard greens - they lend their flavours so well to rice congee. The addition of pork ribs simply made something already perfect, immaculate.

 

I could have slurped up another bowl easy!
