豉汁蒸排骨 (Steamed Pork Ribs With Black Bean Sauce)

I like them, not so much for chunky meat - they are usually more on the fatty meat side and lean on meat, but for the flavours one could enjoy 'off the bones'.

 

If one likes the taste of pork and likes them flavoured with black bean sauce, this is a must order dish.
