春卷皮 (Making Fresh Spring Roll Skin)

I noticed this street stall, selling a spring roll sweet snack with a filling of malt candy pieces, crushed peanuts and fresh cilantro. (Yum!)

 

The stall owner is preparing the spring roll skin fresh on the spot.
