蚝烙 (Pan-Fried Oyster Omelette)

The 'ancestor' of the same thing in Singapore.

 

This dish have remarkably, changed very little. Except back home, the dip will be a sambal chilli dip. Here in Chaozhou, the dip is fish sauce.

 

Plus, I was getting more of my buck's worth of oysters.
