Lasagna

Dinner @ "Bonne Cafe & Restaurant", a spot offering an European menu with a strong lean towards Italian.

 

"Layered pasta sheets with oxtail Bolognese sauce baked gratin-style with Arugula"

 

I am not that big a fan of Lasagna as they tend to be drowned to death in tomato sauce, but here, I do think the addition of oxtail imparted the sauce with a most delightful meaty savouriness as well as some tender sweetness, which I find most appealing.
