Empanadillas de la Mama (Mom's Small Pastry Stuffed With Meat, Egg, Olives & Spicy)

Lunch @ "Tomatito", a new Spanish Tapas joint by the "El Willy" group.

 

These were like Chinese fried dumplings (pot stickers) or Japanese Gyozas - I LOVE these. Bite through the center and flavours and juices exploded lovingly.

 

Almost tempted to go for a second.
