Grilled Squid
Dinner @ Sangoya (sangoya.jp), a joint famous for its ala carte choices....akin to Spanish Tapas style.
This squid was nicely done. We thought that it may have turned rubbery but looks were deceiving and the pieces were tender and juicy, infused lovingly with both aromas of grill and smoke.
