Corned Beef Hash
Weekend brunch @ "Madison', an ultra-popular spot in the city, headed by Chef Austin Hu.
Served with roast scallions, fried egg and house ketchup.
The mashed potato was smooth and creamy and the corned beef, well, what can I say, corned beef (think SPAM; think luncheon meat). It was tasty, no doubt about it but it was missing a highlight that would pop it for myself and mate.
