Grilled Tofu With Yunnanese Chilli

Dinner @ "Slurp!", a Yunnanese noodle place.

 

A surprisingly umami spicy side-dish; almost meat-like in taste, making it a good companion for my main of a copper pot rice noodle.

 

The chilli seasoning reminded me of the dried chilli powder prevalently used in Thailand.
