Black-Hair Beef Steak Meal

Lunch @ "福八" (Fukuhachi), the last full meal in Okinawa.

 

This was my mate's order - a last taste of Okinawan beef, and one supposedly from the black hair breed (黒毛和牛). It, to my opinion, was more tender than normal beef; but not as spectacular and rich as the marbled varieties.
