Souffle

Stopped by 'Lavazza Cafe and Italian Restaurant' (天水恋) for desserts.

 

As light and fluffy as a cloud in the sky and tasted sweet and eggy like a rich custard, this souffle ticked all the right boxes in my taste palette.

 

It is so good as it is, I think the little tray of treacly caramel and bowl of mixed fruit salad as unnecessary embellishments.
