Tiramisu
Dinner @ Le Petit Canard, a restaurant offering French-European cuisine.
A French restaurant offering more Italian desserts than French ones - What's with that? There is no Creme Brulee; no Tarte Tatin. Huh?? (There is a Tarte Citron though)
My table opted for the Tiramisu.
Good liqueur and coffee hit this time. I am waiting to see if the tide of crappy Tiramisu(s) will end. The Marscapone was surprisingly light (not dense as hell in many spots in Shanghai, as if one is eating pure fat). But where is the sponge cake? My table was digging around for it. Too measly. In the end, this became more of a Tiramisu "Pudding", than a real Tiramisu.
The trend of crappy Tiramisu(s) continues.
