Pincho Moruno (Spanish Style Marinated Lamb Skewers)

Lunch @ "Tomatito", a new Spanish Tapas joint by the "El Willy" group.

 

This time, the fries were crunchy and crispy. All was good.

 

The star, however, were those perfectly grilled/BBQed morsels of lamb, tenderly cooked but with all the juices retained. They were so soft to the cut and to the bite, and the sprinkling of chilli sauce and fresh cilantro ensured that the lamb was not any bits 'animalically' offensive.
