Barbecue Meat Set (港式烧腊拼盘)

Dinner @ "龍記", a Hong Kong style restaurant in Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

 

The platter of roast duck, barbecued pork, barbecued honey pork and roast chicken was drown in a sweet-savoury sauce, and in my opinion, did much disservice to the dish as the sauce robbed away the crispiness of these items.
