春卷皮 (Fresh Spring Roll Skin)

As a boy, I used to eat these as they are, even though they were from a factory manufactured packet. Lightly salty and sweet, I love their lightness.

 

Freshly made ones are rare in Singapore (there used to be a stall selling freshly made ones in Queenstown Hawker Centre but the Hawker Centre is gone now) and so to see one in action after so many years, was a delight.
