Curried Seabass, Cauliflower Couscous with Crispy Iberico

Lunch @ 'Commune Social'.

 

I am quite stymied by this dish. Seabass and "saffron curry" wasn't the best combo in my mind - the flamboyant saffron was simply out of rhythm with the shyness of the fresh fish.

 

The cauliflower couscous was playfully interesting in taste but couldn't do enough to solve the mystery for me.
