Pad Thai With Prawns

Lunch @ "Monkey & Me", a Thai restaurant that was voted "Best Thai" in an expat magazine.

 

As well stir-fried as the noodles were, the noodles were sourish and sweet, as if they were stir-fried with an overdose of ketchup. Where is the omnipotent fish sauce?

 

I felt I had just ordered a plate of ketchup noodles, NOT Pad Thai.
