Chocolate Lava Cake

Lunch @ The Fissler Academy Cafe (FA Cafe) fronted by Enzo Coccia, the Italian Pizza maestro.

 

Lava cake baked in an Expresso cup, served with a vanilla ice cream quenelle.

 

I dunno - I actually prefer the cake served on a plate and to be able to enjoy the sight of the oozing lava. By containing the lava in a cup, while looking pretty and dainty, just dampens the 'wow' effect.

 

Then said, the cake was moist and most chocolatey - sure to satisfy most chocoholics.
