Dinner @ "Pistacchio" in Shanghai.
The house bread of the restaurant - a good variety is available : all fresh baked, soft and fluffy.
I did find the EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil), used for the EVOO+BSV (Balsamic Vinegar) a tad too green - too much Cis-3-Hexenol for my personal liking.
