Seared Smoked Salmon, Miso Yoghurt, Bak Choy & Lotus Root

Lunch @ "The Social Commune", a modern Spanish Tapas joint, under the Jason Atherton Group of restaurants.

 

Possibly the only dish of the day that I did not admire. The salmon is a lot more fresh salmon Tataki then seared smoked salmon. I find the Miso yoghurt, all saline and tart, kinda overpowered the salmon, creating an imbalance in the taste.
