老火土鸭汤面 (Old Duck Soup Noodles)

Dinner @ "锅品面吧", a local noodle bar near my apartment.

 

One of the star dishes I opine from this noodle bar. The soup, boiled with pieces of slighly-briney duck and fresh bamboo, is amazingly rich and umami.

 

Amazingly good on rainy or wintery days.
