Cronuts - Blackforest (Pistachio & Chocolate with Cherry Jam Filing)

I thought this was chocolate-something but it turns out to be Blackforest as there is a layer of blackcurrant jam sandwiched between the 2 Cronuts layer.

 

As mentioned, I do think the fruit jam helps tremendously to cut through the oiliness of these man-made oilfields.
