I LOVE Domaldes (the Greek equivalent) and the love is the same for the Turkish version. The rice within is spicier, richer and headier with the aroma of exotic spices (cumin, cardamon etc). The cooling yoghurty dressing is sharp, tart but creamy - a perfect compliment to the warm impact of the spices.
