Braised Beef Noodles
Lunch inside the lounge cafe of Kenting Caesar Park Hotel.
The noodles won a gold medal at a nationwide beef noodles contest BUT I am pretty sure it wasn't this bowl.
While the soup was quite savoury, the pieces of beef were quite sinewy and tough. Took the gold medal glint right off the bowl unfortunately.
