切仔米粉干 (Rice Vermicelli With Pork Gravy)
A quick lunch @ 宜兰.
This is almost like the rice vermicelli version of the stewed pork rice, much loved in Taiwan.
The gravy was lovingly meaty and lardy and flavoured the plain rice vermicelli quite tastily. Plus hunger, is always the best appetiser.
