Sweet Potato Puff

The famous offering from "Misty Bakery" near Houdong (侯硐) - many variants to choose from with sweet potato, yam or red bean fillings.

 

I opted for both the sweet potato and yam fillings but the sweet potato filling version was more memorable - the rich sweetness complimented the puffy exterior a tad more better than the heavier yam filling.

Done
