Mock Meat Soup with Mushrooms and Radish

A vegetarian lunch @ "少林欢喜地", a restaurant right next to the famous Shaolin Temple.

 

The mock meat is made from gluten and has a nice soft and slightly chewy texture when cooked in soups. The umaminess and sweetness of the soup were enhanced by both mushrooms and radishes, and I like the mild pleasantness of it.
