Stir-Fried Chinese Cabbage

A vegetarian lunch @ "少林欢喜地", a restaurant right next to the famous Shaolin Temple.

 

Without a doubt, one of the freshest stir-fried greens I ever had. Truly enjoyable. The vegetable were crunchy and refreshing and only had the slightly hint of salt and oil.

 

My mate and myself agreed that despite the simplicity, it was one-heck-of-a great stir-fry!
