鸡蛋牛奶味泡泡冰 (Egg & Milk Shaved Ice)

Lunch @ Keelung's Miaokou Night Market (庙口夜市). This is the famous shaved ice dessert from "沈記泡泡冰".

 

The egg and milk version is probably the variant with the blandest taste. A raw egg was actually used for the blending. Raisins were added as well to add sweetness but I opined that they weren't enough.
