猪肉冬粉 (Pork Mung Bean Noodles Dry)

Lunch @ "炭火芳德猪肉冬粉" in Gaoxiong, as featured on the High Speed Train Magazine.

 

I ordered the dry version with mixed cuts of pork. The mung bean noodles were served with a soysauce-based gravy, which was actually surprisingly delicious and worked well with the tender cuts of pork.
